Here's the problem.
Every fitness app makes you do the same thing: browse exercises, pick a program, configure your split, enter your maxes. You spend 20 minutes setting up before you touch a barbell.
Then you go back tomorrow and do it again. Because the app doesn't remember that you benched 185 on Monday, or that you always train at 6pm, or that you haven't hit legs in a week.
This app remembers.
You say "I did chest and triceps." It says "Got it. You benched 185 for 4x8, up from 180. Tomorrow I'd suggest pull — rows at 165, pull-ups, face pulls. You haven't hit back since Thursday."
That's the whole interface. You talk to it and it handles the rest. Weights, progression, scheduling, recovery — all from your actual data, not generic templates someone wrote for a hypothetical intermediate lifter.
Actual conversation
I did chest and triceps today
Logged. You hit bench at 185 for 4x8 — up from 180 last week. Solid progression.
Tomorrow I'd go Pull day: barbell rows at 165, weighted pull-ups, face pulls. You haven't hit back since Thursday and you're recovered.
Yeah give me that workout
Here's your Pull day. All weights are from your last session. Tap to start when you're ready.
What it actually does.
Syncs Apple Health on first launch. It imports your workout history — exercises, weights, dates, everything. You're personalized in seconds, not weeks of logging.
Knows your actual numbers. Not estimated 1RMs or percentage-based programs. It knows you benched 185 last Monday and suggests 190 today. Real weights from real sessions.
Figures out your schedule. It notices you train Mon/Wed/Fri at 6pm. Programs adapt automatically. No calendar pickers.
Works offline. Your coach plans ahead. Workouts are cached so you're never stuck without a plan at the gym.
No account required. Data syncs through iCloud. We don't have login servers, we don't sell data, we don't know who you are.

FAQ
How is this different from Fitbod / Strong / Hevy? +
Those are exercise databases with auto-fill. You still browse, pick, and configure. This app makes the decision for you based on your actual history, recovery, and schedule. The entire interface is a conversation.
What if I don't have Apple Health data? +
Just tell the AI: "I bench around 185 and train 3x a week." One sentence is enough for a personalized workout. You can also import from Strong, Fitbod, or Hevy via CSV.
What if I'm a complete beginner? +
Say "I'm new to lifting." It starts with fundamental movements, conservative weights, and builds from there. No assumptions.
How does the free tier work? +
After the 7-day trial: 3 AI-generated workouts per week and 10 chat messages per day. Enough to get hooked. Upgrade removes limits.
Is my data private? +
Yes. No account, no login servers. Data syncs via iCloud (your Apple ID). We don't know who you are and we don't sell anything.
Android? +
iOS only for now. Deep Apple Health integration is core to how it works. Android is on the roadmap.
